How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
The shipment will usually take between 5 to 20 business days to arrive. Please be aware that the shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing which is unfortunately not under our control.
My Order Has Not Arrived On Time, What Should I Do?

I Received A Wrong Sized Item. What Should I Do?
We sell internationally, so please ignore the sizing labels. The sizing labels on the clothing you will receive is in international sizing and therefore it may not match the size you selected when making the purchase online. However, the actual size of each item should still match the size you ordered online.

Can I Change The Delivery Address For My Order After I Have Placed It?
Yes, but only if you do so quickly. We are unfortunately unable to change the address of any order that has already been processed or dispatched. Please contact us on instagram: @OneMore.Menswear for any queries.
My Order Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?
In the unlikely scenario your order was damaged in transit, we will happily exchange the product.
In order for us to process your refund or exchange, please contact our support team on instagram: @OneMore.Menswear with your order information and a photo of the fault. We will assess your case and let you know if you are eligible for a refund.
I’m Not Happy With The Item I Received.
Please contact us at instagram: @OneMore.Menswear and we will assess and approve the return of the item in accordance with our returns policy. Please note that we cannot accept any returns after 30 days from the date of delivery.
